The primary role of a transformational leader is to motivate and inspire others toward extraordinary personal and organizational success by transforming existing expectations, aspirations, perceptions, and values into something significantly substantial and better.
The main objective of this intensive and interactive workshop is for all participants to depart with an improved capacity for leading and navigating the social and political challenges we will face during the post-Biden Era, thereby continuing to protect and strengthen democratic governance in the United States as we all move into the future.

Collaborate with Richer Life, LLC to establish your workshop registration fee and develop a comprehensive budget for workshop expenses. Support the necessary marketing efforts to ensure you achieve your planned workshop participant registration. On the day of the workshop, host all activities required to facilitate a successful event.

Work with your organization to determine the registration fee for your self-improvement workshop and develop a comprehensive budget for workshop expenses. Provide the necessary infrastructure and support team to effectively market the workshop and manage the online registration process. Ensure that all registered participants receive pre-read materials, geared towards conscious citizenship, two weeks before the workshop. Facilitate all phases of this transformational leadership workshop and offer one hour of complimentary consulting 'follow-up' for all attendees.
