The "Presentation Review File" contains specifically selected sections of your manuscript presented in a format similar to what we will target for the final publication. It is important to understand that changes at this point can be made. However, any major changes will impact the RICHER Author Commitment Cost Share and possibly the project schedule.

NOTE: The "Presentation Review File" requires a password to open and download. Your Publishing Coordinator will provide you the password for this file.

After a careful internal review of your book's manuscript, global research of your title compared to similar published books, the current publishing landscape for your genre, and the marketability & sales potential for your title, we have assessed the level of investment that RICHER Press will make to help cover the Total Publishing Development cost. The "Author Commitment Cost Share" document outlines the production approach we will take as part of the publishing process to generate the final publication. This document also indicates the proposed Author Cost Share for this project. Please note that the Author Cost Share does not include any future investment in global marketing and promotion of the book by RICHER Press. As a leadership consultant with expertise in organizational development, we understand the importance of your vision in this process. 

NOTE: The first half of the Author's Commitment Cost Share must be paid along with the execution and return of the RICHER Press Publishing Agreement.

The RICHER Press Publishing Agreement outlines all contractual details related to the publishing process, including the responsibilities of both the Author and the Publisher. This Essential agreement is crucial for leadership consultants engaged in organizational development, ensuring all parties understand their roles. NOTE: This is a Standard RICHER Press Publishing Agreement. This binding agreement must be executed by the Author and returned prior to the start of the publishing process.

Once the final version of the book to be published is approved by both the Author and the RICHER Press Publishing Team, it will be submitted to our Printing and Distribution Partner, The Ingram Book Company. With Ingram's approval of all submission items, the book will then enter the publishing process and be released to Ingram's full-service distribution network. This network includes over 40,000 bookstores, libraries, and online retailers, making it a vital resource for leadership consultants and those involved in organizational development. 

NOTE: The second half of the Author's Commitment Cost Share must be paid prior to the submission of the book to Ingram for publishing and global distribution.

This document summarizes the general guidelines and practices related to the terms of your RICHER Press Publishing Agreement. It details the RICHER publishing process and the ongoing relationship that the RICHER Press Publishing Team maintains with its Authors. Additionally, it covers how to order copies of your book at print cost, the monitoring of your global book sales, and how your earned book royalties and payments are processed. As a leadership consultant, you may also find insights into organizational development within this framework.
