AUTHOR: Willie C. Hooks

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Willie C. Hooks  is an entrepreneur, leadership strategist, and builder of high-performance people. For decades, he has helped individuals, leaders, and organizations close the gap between knowing and doing, strengthen execution, and finish what matters most.

Under the Fig Tree is a collection of soulful, life-changing conversations between a wise teacher known as the Master and individuals seeking clarity, best practices for overcoming life's challenges, and winning strategies for achieving accelerated results and success.

Set beneath the shelter of a fig tree, each chapter explores universal themes-love, loss, fear, forgiveness, failure, achievement, and transformation. Through rich metaphors and heartfelt dialogue between the Master and the seekers, readers are gently invited to rediscover the truth already within them and access practical tools for moving forward.

Each chapter also includes "What to Do" actions-structured around Reflection, Try This, and Affirmation prompts-designed to engage you, the reader, in applying the teachings to your own life. You can complete these practices immediately after reading or return to them at a time that aligns with your personal rhythm. These intentional steps help transform insight into meaningful, lasting growth.

The fig tree is not just a place-it's a sacred pause where wisdom awakens

In this book, you will discover the powerful, life-changing system known as The Fig Tree Enrollment Model™, a proven framework built upon eleven disciplines and the Inner Identity Transformation, or I²T™ required to master them.

Through a compelling narrative between a Master and a Seeker, this book reveals why even highly skilled individuals hesitate, lose certainty, and fail to enroll others, and more importantly, how to overcome those invisible barriers permanently.

You will learn how to:

• Eliminate fear of rejection, hesitation, and self-doubt.
• Develop unshakable certainty and personal authority.
• Build trust naturally, without pressure or persuasion.
• Extend invitations with clarity, confidence, and alignment.
• Strengthen identity so enrollment becomes effortless.
• Create lasting commitment through disciplined stewardship; and
• Transform enrollment from something you do into something you embody.

The kind of person who closes the gap between knowing and doing.

The kind of person who finishes.

Through powerful conversations between the Seeker and the Master beneath the fig tree, Willie C. Hooks delivers a deeply practical and transformational framework for disciplined execution, personal leadership, and faithful completion.

Inside the book, you will learn how to:

• Close the Execution Gap between knowing and doing.

•  Eliminate the internal negotiations destroying your discipline Build standards that hold under pressure.

•  Recover quickly when you slip without losing momentum.

•  Create identity-based habits that compound into extraordinary results.

• Lead yourself and others through clarity, accountability, and execution; and

• Finish what you were given to do, and understand why it matters beyond you.

Your life will not ultimately be defined by what you intended to do.
